Protection Blessing: Psalm 121:8

Adonai yishmor tzetcha u’vo’echa, me’atah v’ad olam.
May God bless you in your comings and goings, now and forever

Relationships can be challenging and sometimes we need to take distance from people in our lives in order for things to shift, heal and change.  This chant emerged as I was attempting to separate yet again from our adult children. The depth of my love is reflected in the depth of blessings of protection that I wanted to send to them energetically.
