Abundance: Psalm 4:7

Abundance2_03Mi y’reinu, tov, n’asa aleinu oir panecha, Ya

My experience is that one of the fallouts from “not enoughness” is a lack of abundance in all area’s of one’s life… love, money, time, friends, work…. Using the practice of attunement*, I found these words in Psalm 4 and chanted this with the intention of attuning my awareness to the abundance already present in my life. With this increased awareness, I was able to attract additional bounty.   * A practice shared with me by Rabbi Shefa Gold, which entails directing one’s mind, body and language to a feeling of already being and experiencing what you desire.
