Align with Love

Deuteronomy 19:9

Align align align your body, mind, heart, and soul with Me 3x
and walk and talk and act in the ways of Love. 2x

In Parshat Shoftim, Rabbi Yael Levy interprets the verse “if you faithfully observe all this Instruction that I enjoin upon you this day, to love the Lord your God and to walk God’s ways at all time… as “align your body, mind, heart and soul with me and walk in the the ways of love.” For me personally, when I can elevate my consciousness in the way I walk, talk and interact with others and my self talk, as well as eat mindfully to notice what I am bringing into my body- I am aligned, hooked up, connected to Love as a metaphor for God. May this chant help us all connect up and align with the Source of all creation. When I chant these words I imagine a broad column of white light beginning with the core of my body shooting straight up into the cosmos… for the intention of my alignment is to create a clear channel up and down from the heavens to earth and earth to heaven.
