Blessing of My Soul

Psalm 104:1

Barchi nafshi et Adonay, HallaluYah

Translation: Bless the place of Sovereignty, Oh my soul!

 

When I chant these words I feel I am blessing my soul and making a strong connection with it. When I chant the 2nd part of the Hallelujah I am praising God for giving me my soul, the source of eternal life and the wellspring of life giving guidance. May this chant help generate the flow of life force into our everyday lives.
