I Don’t Know and It’s OK I Don’t
Baruch atah, I don’t know and it’s OK I don’t
(May, 2019)
Baruch atah Adonai is the beginning of the traditional blessings structure and I asked in this prayer to be blessed with not knowing where I am going and what my next step in life should be.
Rabbi Miles Krassen taught me this melody for an Aramiac prayer about receiving inner life, surrounding light and endless light. These words came with this melody. In the place of not knowing I re-assured myself I didn’t need to know where I was going and that the unknown was acceptable. From acceptance of blessing the unknown, it enabled me to get move the stuck energy and to move forward.
